There's a certain customer service employee at Townhouse that's one of the best people you'd have the pleasure of meeting, bar none. Ms. Ann was obviously seeking folks on the show floor to assist in any way she could within her jobs capacity. She didn't shy away when she saw indecisive shoppers as most of us consumers have seen all too often when we have loads of questions prior to a big purchase. She approached me as soon as saw that I may have questions. Not more than 8 minutes after having met one of the most intuitive and accommodating customer service personnel at Town House, Ms. Ann, had answered all my questions and all my transactions completed.
